Whether you’re an educator, HR professional, or job coach, this course helps you create sustainable employment pathways for autistic individuals in Malaysia.
Why This Course Matters
In Malaysia, autistic adults face significant barriers to securing and maintaining employment. This is largely due to a lack of specialized job coaching and support tailored to their unique needs. The AOneJC Project seeks to change this by offering targeted training that addresses the challenges Level 1 autistic adults face in the workplace. By empowering job coaches with the right tools, we can help bridge the gap between employers and autistic employees, creating more inclusive work environments.
