    Associate Professor of Special and Inclusive Education, Universiti Sains Malaysia / Autism Researcher / Speech-Language Pathologist

    Dr. Low, wears many hats. She’s not just an Associate Professor at the Special Education Department of the School of Educational Studies, Universiti Sains Malaysia, but also the heart and soul behind Brainbow. With 20 years of therapy experience and 15 years of teaching under her belt, she’s more than just a professional – she’s a compassionate advocate for children with autism and special needs. As a speech pathologist and autism researcher, Dr. Low is on a mission to make a difference. Beyond her academic pursuits, she’s deeply involved in providing support and guidance to families, educators, and the wider community. For her, it’s not just about research papers and awards (though she’s got more than 50 publications and 5 international accolades to her name), but about the lives she touches and the positive change she brings. Her journey is driven by empathy, fueled by experience, and guided by a relentless passion for inclusivity in education. She believes that every child deserves a chance to shine, and she’s committed to making that vision a reality, one step at a time.

With a background in psychology, she brings a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation to her role. As a visionary, she’s constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance our programs and foster a sense of community. But Nyx’s impact goes beyond just managing programs.     With 16 years in sales and marketing for National O&G and Power industries, plus 3 years as a Mecha-Optical R&D engineer, Hafizee’s breadth of experience shines. Formerly Contract Custodian & Administrator as PETRONAS’ vendor, he masters data analysis and HART diagnostics while guiding MRSM Taiping through ANSARA. As an industry fellow at Universiti Sains Malaysia, he’s passionately dedicated to empowering the learning disabilities community, highlighting his commitment to education and societal well-being.

    Mohd Syahrulikram Bin Yasin

    Khamdy® Expert Trainer

    En SI is an expert trainer for the Khamdy® Module Project, teaching PPDK participants and NASOM teachers nationwide. He has extensive experience running KGB courses for PPDK officers and supervisors, and teaching hearing habilitation modules. Accredited by MEDEL Austria, he has conducted workshops at HSI Johor, PPUKM, and PPSK USM Kelantan. He co-authored “Reading Using the SI Method,” “SI Illustrated Auditory Training,” and “Speech Listening Early Curriculum.” En SI has been on the expert panel for PPDK Basic Courses nationwide since 2004.
